Cost accounting staff

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): keen to details
  • Cost Accounting/Manufacturing knowledge/experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Cost accounting Supervisor

  • Preferably Supervisor/ 5 years and up experienced employee specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting or similar software is a plus.

Visual Merchandiser


  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Proficient in Sketchup 3D Modelling Software
  • Experience in Arts/ Creative/ Graphics Design or equivalent

  • Key person tasked to propose and execute store/ showroom display layout with the objective of elevating the brand and its products over its competitors; He/ she is expected to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our products thru proper merchandise layout arrangement or display improvement thereby enticing purchase of our items.
  • Proposes possible accessories and other marketing collaterals that will complement a particular display area;
  • Prepares total cost estimate of a particular project and justifies the necessity of it;
  • Prepares all documents required to purchase and execute a particular project or Job Order;
  • Conducts ocular inspection of soon- to – open, new and existing stores including showrooms of other furniture sellers;
  • Ensures that store/showroom display are up-to-date and all necessary marketing collaterals are available;
  • Coordinates with Sales Team and Brand Management Group to ensure that store/showroom display remains consistent with the company and its customers’ direction;
  • Prepares and submits Marketing Expense Report of all accomplished projects and job orders;
  • Maintains and manages an image library/archive of all the proposed and approved ad designs;
  • Performs other tasks related to visual merchandising or Marketing Communications Group’s task, whether connected as Commercial Sales or not, as directed by the PMMD or Commercial Sales Division Head.

    Project Manager Supervisor


    • Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Engineering or any related allied courses
    • Willing to extend work beyond required regular hours
    • Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue)


    • Responsible for assisting the Project Manager to lead the Project Management Department
    • To oversee and manage the installation activities at the jobsite
    • To ensure a proper and can finish the installation in accordance with the lay out
    • Coordination with different departments including Account Executive (AE) of the department
    • Will supervise assigned installers during project installation
    • Will submit status of project in progress
    • Makes planning and project monitoring reports to PM Head
    • Sees to it that materials are properly installed and reports for any changes and decisions that affects during installation and other work that maybe assigned by the Project Department Head.

      Marketing Manager


      • Graduate of any Business-related course
      • Experience as Sales & Marketing Manager for the same industry
      • Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue)


      • Ensures achievement of sales target and collection of receivables and ensuring effective motivation, training and evaluation of account executives in the performance of their duties.
      • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and priorities. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
      • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivates the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI are met.
      • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company relationship with them.
      • Ensures timelines of reports of Account Executives (Itinerary, Sales Forecast and collection forecast)
        Checks and reports competitor’s activities and pricing. Analyze competition especially during mock up presentations on bug projects and submit reports.
      • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

      Business Development Manager - Lamex Manager

      BDM Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing or related field coming from a reputable University.
      • With long experience in sales and marketing.
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Proficiency in English.
      • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
      • Excellent organizational skills.
      • Ability to build rapport.
      • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
      • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
      • Must have a valid Driver’s License

      BDM Responsibilities:

      • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
