HR Assistant (Time-keeping)

Job Summary

  • In-charge of monitoring and compiling of daily time records for payroll purposes
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
  • Updates leave balance manually and prepares VL and SL report and/or conversion
  • Monthly prepares manpower report

Job requirements:

  • Graduate of BS PSYCHOLOGY or HRDM
  • At least 1 year of related work experience handling timekeeping is an advantage
  • With strong personality, good communication skills and can work with minimal supervision

Corporate Sales - Designer

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Design, Drafting, Product Design Development Technology or equivalent
